We understand that not everyone can afford us, and we’d still like to help. We encourage you to email us with your question, and while we cannot guarantee a personal response, we may write a blog post about it, or we may respond personally (but probably not very quickly).

Bottom line: it can’t hurt to ask.

What’s your policy on blogging about your clients?

We never blog about specific experiences with clients, nor do we mention my clients by name without their explicit permission. We may blog about experiences in aggregate (i.e. “We have many clients that…”) or blog about a particular situation in general terms.

How do you handle firing people? I’d cry!

That’s why we’re the efficiency consultants, and you’re not.
