- We never mention our clients by name, online or offline, without their explicit permission.
- We may blog about client observations in aggregate ( We notice most of our clients do not fully take advantage of their keyboard shortcuts ).
- We will not divulge the name of our company or the nature of our business to your employees without your permission. We can work covertly if necessary.
- Due to the nature of our field, we often work with businesses that are in varying degrees of competition with one another. We never, ever divulge any information about our clients to one another, under any circumstances, nor do we allow our suggestions to be influenced by non-public information we may have on a competitor.
- We take great care to maintain confidential communications with our clients. In other words, we will not leave a detailed message with your secretary.
