On-Site Efficiency Consulting Options
While a great deal of our efficiency consulting services can be done remotely, on-site consulting is the fastest way for us to identify potential inefficiencies in your business and get to know your business more in-depth so we can make more accurate recommendations in the future.
Having us on-site for a day or more is the most effective way to build a rapport and for both you and your team to benefit from our experiences working with other companies in similar situations.

How It Works
To get the most out of a one-day visit, we suggest starting by walking us through your day-to-day business process and introducing us to your employees. You’ll get the most out of this experience if we have permission to talk to employees one-on-one and have them show us their personal workflows, so we can start building a rapport and learning how your business operates on a more detailed level.
We’ll set goals ahead of time with you, specific to your business. Popular goals include:
- Devising file and email naming conventions (to make future intra-company communications much more efficient);
- One-on-one or small team productivity workshops for managers and/or employees;
- Helping your team transition to a new software program or business workflow;
- Recovering quickly after the sudden loss of an employee.
Use us to bounce ideas off of, solve specific problems, or even ask us to go hunting for inefficiencies on our own. We encourage you to explore our list of efficiency solutions and our business efficiency blog to brainstorm project ideas and questions you want to ask. You may choose to have us come on-site in conjunction with one of our efficiency solution packages.

- You choose the number of days and set the hours. (We’re happy to work late into the night if necessary.)
- Travel expenses are not included in the flat daily rate. (No travel charge within the Seattle area.)
Other Options
For ongoing efficiency consulting needs, we encourage pairing an on-site visit with a week- or month-long efficiency consulting retainer package.
For smaller projects, we also offer hourly business efficiency consulting.
