How It Works

We turn the time clock off and provide you with unlimited consulting services by email (and phone, if applicable) for the duration of your retainer period. You get special priority access contact information and guaranteed response times.

Use us to bounce ideas off of on a regular basis, solve specific problems, or even ask us to go hunting for inefficiencies on our own. We encourage you to explore our list of efficiency solutions and our business efficiency blog to brainstorm project ideas and questions you want to ask.

If you choose one of our Complete Business Efficiency packages, you’ll also benefit from full-scale project execution services. This means that, where possible, we’ll setup your current projects so your entire company can hit the ground running. This may mean handling the initial setup of a new CRM software or building and documenting a foundation for a new social media campaign. (Unsure if a project you have in mind is included? Feel free to share our email address with your entire team. If you’d like us to be proactive in certain areas (i.e. creating standards for intra-company emails), we’ll reach out to your employees with questions and ideas; we can also be on stand-by to answer ongoing questions and concerns. This works best if employees are empowered to solicit our help with questions or problems that may be unique to their position and/or department.

You may want to use us for a single week or month to help during a particularly hectic time/transition, or choose to keep us on retainer continually to ensure that efficiency always remains a priority in your company.

*There are certain occasions when a four-hour response is impossible (namely, when Marina is on a plane). You will be notified of these conflicts in advance. If it takes us longer than four hours to get back to you, we’ll add an extra day onto your package for free.

**Assistants/Secretaries do not count towards the maximum.

Other Options

These retainer packages don’t include on-site consulting; if you would like a physical visit to your office, please consider our on-site efficiency consulting options.

For smaller projects, we also offer hourly business efficiency consulting.

Start Date: Your package can start any day you choose (not just the first of the month).

Working Hours: Packages cover consecutive days and do include weekends. We are available for questions via phone or email 24/7.

Payment Terms: Payment is due prior to the start of services.

Guarantee: We will do everything we can to respond to your concerns and adapt to your needs as we work towards reaching your goal. However, if we cannot solve your problem to your satisfaction, we will immediately refund 100% of your payment with zero hassle.
